If you are a consumer who is a natural person and you have concluded the contract online outside your commercial or professional activity, you can exercise your right of withdrawal for eligible products within the period provided by law, without having to specify the reason for the decision.

The use of this function does not limit the other legal ways in which you can communicate your decision to withdraw to us.

This form is intended for consumers who are natural persons who have concluded the online contract outside their commercial or professional activity. Legal entities do not benefit from the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days; their requests are analyzed according to the store's commercial policy.
