2. Types of products and services offered
DADA FLOWER ACADEMY sells, through the website:
- a) In-person courses
– courses and workshops held at designated locations
– with a fixed date and limited places
- b) Online courses
– courses held live on the Zoom platform
– some courses may include subsequent access to recordings, according to each course description
3. In-person courses – registration and cancellation policy
Registration
A place in an in-person course is considered reserved only after the deposit has been paid and the electronic confirmation has been sent by the organiser.
Deposit
- The deposit paid is non-refundable.
- The deposit may be allocated to a later course, at the customer’s choice, subject to availability.
Exceptions
The deposit may be rescheduled or refunded only in justified cases, such as:
- serious illness or hospitalisation
- accidents
- natural disasters
- other proven force majeure situations
Cancellation of the course by the organiser
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the course by DADA FLOWER ACADEMY, the customer may choose:
- attendance at a future edition
- rescheduling
- refund of the amounts paid
4. Online courses – access and conditions
Access
Online courses are held via the Zoom platform.
After payment confirmation, the customer receives the access details.
Recordings
Some courses may include subsequent access to recordings, according to the conditions of each course.
Refund policy
Online courses are non-refundable, as they are considered digital services delivered immediately.
Usage rights
The materials are intended exclusively for personal use.
Copying, distributing, reselling, or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual property rights
All materials, courses, images, texts, photographs, videos, and educational content belong to DADA FLOWER ACADEMY.
Their use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Data protection (GDPR)
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR).
The customer has the right to access, rectify, and erase data.

7. Force majeure
