Our Story
DadaFlower Academy was born from the desire to change the way floristry is taught in Romania.
We built a training system that combines creativity with market realities – no useless theory, no empty promises.
Each course is designed as a complete experience: you learn, practice, make mistakes, correct them, and leave with real results.

We started the first private workshops, in a restricted format, focused on practice and quick results.

We launched the first structured courses for beginners, focusing on a solid foundation and immediately applicable techniques.

Liliana Masgras - Florist Designer
My story with flowers began hand-in-hand with my father, in a rose greenhouse. The seed planted then bore fruit much later — in 2007 I took the first concrete step, and in 2012 I transformed my passion into a soulful workshop: Andeli Design (An–Andreea, De–Delia, Li–Liliana), inspired by my daughters.
Over the years, I have participated in courses, workshops, and floral demonstrations both domestically and abroad, discovering that floral design is not a simple activity — it is a physical and intellectual discipline, an extremely dynamic field that transforms people.
I created the concepts “Children and Flowers” and “Relaxation Among Flowers” — programs that have helped hundreds of participants discover their hidden talents and, often, build flower businesses.
Since 2024, the business day in the Intensive Florist Course curriculum has evolved into Floral Business Academy — a platform for comprehensive floral business courses and an annual conference with participants from all over the country and dozens of industry speakers.
