By accessing the website and\/or placing an order, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms and conditions below.<\/p>

2. Types of products and services offered<\/h2>

DADA FLOWER ACADEMY sells, through the website:<\/p>

  1. a) In-person courses<\/li><\/ol>

    \u2013 courses and workshops held at designated locations<\/p>

    \u2013 with a fixed date and limited places<\/p>

    1. b) Online courses<\/li><\/ol>

      \u2013 courses held live on the Zoom platform<\/p>

      \u2013 some courses may include subsequent access to recordings, according to each course description<\/p>

      3. In-person courses \u2013 registration and cancellation policy<\/h2>

      Registration<\/p>

      A place in an in-person course is considered reserved only after the deposit has been paid and the electronic confirmation has been sent by the organiser.<\/p>

      Deposit<\/p>

      • The deposit paid is non-refundable.<\/li>
      • The deposit may be allocated to a later course, at the customer\u2019s choice, subject to availability.<\/li><\/ul>

        Exceptions<\/p>

        The deposit may be rescheduled or refunded only in justified cases, such as:<\/p>

        • serious illness or hospitalisation<\/li>
        • accidents<\/li>
        • natural disasters<\/li>
        • other proven force majeure situations<\/li><\/ul>

          Cancellation of the course by the organiser<\/p>

          In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the course by DADA FLOWER ACADEMY, the customer may choose:<\/p>

          • attendance at a future edition<\/li>
          • rescheduling<\/li>
          • refund of the amounts paid<\/li><\/ul>

            4. Online courses \u2013 access and conditions<\/h2>

            Access<\/p>

            Online courses are held via the Zoom platform.<\/p>

            After payment confirmation, the customer receives the access details.<\/p>

            Recordings<\/p>

            Some courses may include subsequent access to recordings, according to the conditions of each course.<\/p>

            Refund policy<\/p>

            Online courses are non-refundable, as they are considered digital services delivered immediately.<\/p>

            Usage rights<\/p>

            The materials are intended exclusively for personal use.<\/p>

            Copying, distributing, reselling, or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited.<\/p>

            5. Intellectual property rights<\/h2>

            All materials, courses, images, texts, photographs, videos, and educational content belong to DADA FLOWER ACADEMY.<\/p>

            Their use without written consent is strictly prohibited.<\/p>

            6. Data protection (GDPR)<\/h2>

            Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 679\/2016 (GDPR).<\/p>

            The customer has the right to access, rectify, and erase data.<\/p>
